Every child in Australia will be eligible to attend up to 3 days of early learning per week with government subsidy support.
No work or study test required – every family qualifies regardless of employment or study status.

Higher Needs Still Covered: Families with higher activity levels or special circumstances can still qualify for up to 100 hours per fortnight.
