Hi, my name is Jodie and I have had the pleasure of working in the childcare industry since 2012. 

I have had the opportunity of working with children aged between 0-12 years over these years before stepping into the Management role.

I believe that all children should be nurtured throughout their time at the service and will learn most effectively when they are supported, encouraged, and feel safe and secure in their environment. I also believe that each child will learn at their own level and at a pace that suits their needs.
